  • What is your returns policy?

From the date you've received your order you will have 14 days to return any unwanted items. All unwanted items must be in pristine condition with all the tags still attached.

  • I need my order for a certain day?

If you require your order sooner we are more than happy to fast-track your order. Please to take into consideration all orders are hand-made to order so we do require enough notice. To inform us please contact us at: Help@Misrep.co.uk

  • Are all your products handmade to order?

Yes, all of our products are handmade to order specially for you. We meticulously handmake each item in our Fashion Warehouse in Manchester, UK. From our hoodies and t-shirts to our jeans and phone cases, we use our decades of printing & tailoring experience to produce the highest quality products that we sell. Our waiting list is outline in our confirmation email once you've placed your order, if you require it sooner please do let us know.

  • Can I make changes to my order?

As all of our products are handmade to order any changes to your order must be highlighted to our Customer Service team within 24hr of your purchase. We may be unable to amend your order if your order has been manufactured/dispatched.

  • Do you offer (24hr) Next Day Delivery?

We do not offer Next Day Delivery (24hr delivery service) at the checkout. Due to the nature of our business of all products are hand-made to order it isn't always necessarily possible. We can offer 24hr delivery on an order basis, please get in touch to request further details: Help@Misrep.co.uk

  • My order has not arrived, what should I do?

At first instances we ask for you to check your tracking reference. You would have received your tracking reference via email by Royal Mail. Please note, we dispatch all orders via Royal Mail 48hr delivery. If you have any questions after reviewing this please get in contact with our Customer Service team: Help@Misrep.co.uk

  • I have not received my order & I think it may be lost, what should I do?

First, check your tracking details if your order is marked as delivered - check in with your neighbours/safe place (if marked). Secondly, contact Royal Mail Customer Service quoting your tracking number and they will be able to update you accordingly. If required after contacting Royal Mail contact our Customer Service team to begin the lost parcel process: Help@Misrep.co.uk. 

  • Do you cover Custom Duties?

Unfortunately, we're unable to cover Custom Duties if applied, this will need to be paid by the customer. 

  • How do I pay my Custom Duty?

You will receive your Royal Mail tracking details through whereby once your order has reached the partnership courier service it will notify you via the tracking. Depending on where you are i.e. Ireland, your order will be held by AnPost until you've paid your duty. If you do not pay your duty your order will be sent back to us. You may incur another delivery fee to ship your order back out to you if your order is sent back to us. If your return has been dispatched twice and is returned back to us we will deduct the final shipping cost from your refund, if paid by ourselves.
