You want to return an item? No problem! 

Please send your items via tracked delivery as we can only process returns that we receive. Once we’ve received your items you will be entitled to an exchange or a return. Please note we’re unable to include the cost of post and packaging of your return or exchange. Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition, unworn and unwashed with the originals tags still attached.
 
  • Please enclose a completed returns form within your parcel (downloadable from the bottom of the page). We're unable to process your return without this.
  • Ensure that your return is well packaged, meeting all the requirements outlined below. 
  • Enclose your goods within the parcel, returned to the address on the returns form.  

 

Returns and Exchanges Terms & Conditions: 

  • If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original condition.
  • All returns items must be the following– must be the following: unworn, unwashed and enclosed with original tags and/or original packaging.  
  • For hygiene purposes, no refunds/exchanges will be given for products that have aftershave, makeup, body odours, pet hairs or cigarette smoke on.  
  • We are not liable for replacing/refunding any items which have been damaged by yourself.  
  • Return postage is at the buyers own cost/risk. All items to be returned via tracked mail to ensure returns arrive safely.  
  • Ensure all items to be returned are well packaged as we’re unable to accept items that are damaged.  
  • Giftboxes, if returned must arrived undamaged and packaged as we sent them. Personalised Giftboxes are non-refundable.
  • All personalised products are non-refundable.
  • We’re unable to take responsibility for items damaged or lost within the return transit. 
  • Ensure your returns form is enclosed within the parcel as we’re unable to process your return/exchange without this.  
  • Returns and Exchanges can take up to 30 days to be processed from the date your order has been quality checked.  
  • Our returns procedure does not affect your statutory rights. 
  • Extended Christmas Returns will end on 14/01/2022. There is a strict returns policy in place for any Christmas returns must be returned to us before/on this date. Under no circumstance we will be able to accept Christmas returns after this date. Any returns placed during Christmas sent to us after this date will be returned to the Customer. 

If your return does not abide by the terms above we reserve the right to decline your return and will ship this back to you.
